Description

Meditation is so much more than just a stress-reliever. The benefits and impacts are numerous, and with time it can be a great aid for the following:

  • Improving concentration

  • General well-being

  • Personal development

  • Overall fulfilment in life

Whether you’ve never meditated before or are experienced, and whatever your reasons, this society will be great for you. We hold a meditation session every Wednesday afternoon. There will also be session-leading workshops later in the year and potentially discussion groups too if there is interest.
