How to vote
- Sign in to your account
- In order to vote, you need to log in to the Durham SU website with your Durham email address. This means clicking on 'sign in' or going to https://durham.authui.unioncloud.org/ and selecting 'Student Log in'.
- Authenticate with the University
- You will then be directed to a Durham University authentication screen where you should follow the on screen instructions. This is so we can check you are logging in with a student account which matches details in our system.
- Redirect to voting system
- Once you have done this, you should be signed into the SU website, and you will be automatically be directed to the active election. If you are not, you can visit https://www.durhamsu.com/vote. Voting buttons are also available on all candidate pages.
- Select your election and voting preferences
- Once you are on the voting platform, you should see all eligible elections listed. Simply select an election you'd like to vote in, and order your preferences.

Any students who are still having issues should email su.elections@durham.ac.uk. This will be rectified on a case-by-case basis, so please do get in touch in good time to ensure this can be fixed.
