Membership Expired / Membership purchase not shown

We are aware of the issue affecting some purchases made in September and October 2017.

All email's sent to @dur.ac.uk are redirected to your @durham.ac.uk email address which you can access.

If you have existing memberships, a member of our team can merge your account ensure memberships are carried accross.
