Durham Women in Maths is a new society that aims to create a community for women and non-binary students to come together, build friendships and empower one another in their studies. We offer relaxed socials to give you the chance to meet like-minded people of all levels of study and mathematical interests. Amongst other events, we run regular study cafes to work on assignments in a friendly environment as well as offer advice for exams and CV development. Whether you’re on a mathematics degree, a natural scientist, or just have an interest in maths we would love for you to be a part of our community!
