Description
The Social Society (or “Soc Soc”) hosts a variety of fun and low-stress activities and socials where students can meet each other and hang out in a relaxed, non-intimidating setting. We provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for students to participate in rewarding activities, meet each other, and form meaningful friendships, and do so on their own terms. Activities include things like film nights, board games, video games, cooking/baking, crafts, bowling, group meals, afternoon tea, etc. The Social Society is open to everyone, of course, but is especially there for students who prefer an alternative to conventional social pursuits, such as clubbing and drink-based activities, and for those who wish to meet others in a low-stress, relaxed, and fun way.
