The Durham University Malaysian Society (DUMAS) is a welcoming and tightly knit community that brings together Malaysians in Durham and Stockton while sharing Malaysia’s rich and diverse culture with the wider university community. The society celebrates Malaysian traditions through food, festivals and social events, and encourages both Malaysians and non-Malaysians to take part in our activities and experience our hospitality.

To foster a sense of belonging and community among Malaysians in Durham and Stockton, helping members feel at home while studying abroad.
