  • Martial arts

Description

Aikido is a Japanese martial art, which focuses on circular movements and the redirection of an attackers energy. It is suited to all shapes and sizes and includes traditional weapon work.

We aim to teach Durham University students the art of Aikido; therefore enhancing fitness (of both mind and body), discipline, focus and self defence.
