Welcome to Durham University Labour Society!
We are the society for Labour Party supporters, members and anyone else interested in Labour ideas at Durham University to coordinate and socialise through regular meetings, socials and functions.
We offer members a way to hear about and discuss topical and relevant issues to Labour politics, often involving interesting speakers from both political and non-political spheres- and we also campaign for the Labour party more widely through canvassing and national events.
We aim to be open-minded on any political issue and to provide a relaxed and open atmosphere for anyone who defines themselves as a Labour supporter or who is interested in such ideas to develop their opinions and beliefs alongside like-minded people, having fun along the way.
