One of the most popular and established societies in Durham, our society brings together students passionate about English literature, aiming to foster a vibrant and supportive community. While we aim to regularly host a range of fun and inclusive social events, we are also hoping to provide further opportunities for personal enrichment - such as guest talks, industry insights, collaborations with external organisations, and mentorship schemes. We also aim to establish a link with the English faculty regarding events and talks, creating connections between students and the wider department.
