The Durham University Finance Society facilitates links between the City’s top institutions and Durham’s finest students. By running a variety of regular financial training workshops and employability events, we aim to equip our members with the skills they need to maximise their career prospects in the financial sector.

The Finance Society provides members with the tools, knowledge and experiences required to translate these skills into internship and graduate offers. DUFS is the largest career-focused society at Durham and the university’s leading career acceleration community, supporting students at every stage of their professional development.

Whether you are completely new to finance or targeting top firms in investment banking, asset management, private credit, quant, consulting or private banking, DUFS helps you explore the industry, build technical and commercial awareness, and gain access to opportunities that are rarely available elsewhere.

Annual membership (£7.50) includes:

• Regular events with global financial institutions, alumni and recruiters
