Description

The Black Women in Law Society seeks to widen access to legal spaces for Black women, actively working to combat the significant underrepresentation within the profession. With only 3% of lawyers in the UK identifying as Black and an even smaller proportion being Black women. In response, DUBWILS is committed to creating intentional spaces where Black women can access the legal profession and are supported to excel, lead and redefine it.
