Welcome to Quiz Soc!

Durham University Quiz Soc provides an encouraging space for quizzers of all skill levels to hone their abilities at various formats of quizzing, from those who've never picked up a buzzer to University Challenge champions. We compete in tournaments around the country against teams from other universities, and we've made some great friends along the way :)
 

Join us Wednesdays 2-5 for buzzer quiz practice!
We practice and compete in tournaments using the 'quizbowl' format - it's quite similar to University Challenge, with a few notable differences that will be explained at practice. Please feel free to come along if you'd like to give it a try!

We also plan to run a pub quiz weekly or fortnightly at different college bars throughout Durham, with the goal of doing a quiz at every college at least once!
