Durham Students’ Union statement on events in the Middle East
We know that the recent events unfolding across the Middle East will be deeply worrying and upsetting for many in our community, particularly those with personal, family or cultural connections to the region.
At Durham Students’ Union, our priority is always the well-being of our students. We recognise the uncertainty and distress situations like this can bring, and our staff will be in contact with student groups to ensure you know what support is available.
We are working closely with the University to monitor developments and ensure clear, up-to-date information and appropriate support are accessible.
