Ahlulbayt Society

Welcome to the Ahlulbayt Society at Durham University! Our society is dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (sawas) and his family, the Ahlulbayt (as), while promoting the values of justice, peace, and virtues that are central to the Ithna ‘Ashari Shia Islamic tradition. We aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all students, regardless of their background or religious affiliation, can learn about the rich cultural, theological, and historical heritage of the Ahlulbayt (as).
