Dunelm House

Student groups affiliated with the SU or University can make ad-hoc requests for space in Dunelm House during term time, free of charge. Ad-hoc requests are for bookings in the current term and are subject to availability.

For SU-affiliated groups that need regular or recurring space for the following term, we also run a termly room allocation process. Towards the end of each term, we will share a Microsoft Form in our regular Student Group Emails for groups to request space for the next term.

Booking a room

When submitting a booking request, please use your student group name and student group email address rather than your personal details.
