About Us
Krav Maga, Hebrew for ‘Contact Combat,’ is a self-defence system developed for the Israel Defence Forces that comprises techniques inspired from various martial arts, including Boxing, Wrestling, and Judo. It is taught to Militaries, Law Enforcement personnel, Corporate Security Companies, and many other groups around the world.
Krav Maga does not require any prior martial arts experience or training and is suitable for everyone, where you will be taught a no frills, reality-based self defence system. Our Society will provide you with professional instruction from our highly trained and KMG accredited instructor, Lee Somerville, and a strong community of friends.
