Voting and campaigning in this year’s elections is now over. Thank you to all who have taken part, whether through standing for a position, supporting a candidate or voting in the election.

They will start their roles at the end of July 2023, representing the voice of Durham students and lead the direction of the Union for that academic year.

We also need to announce that the college with the highest voter turnout at 18.86% was Trevs, who will receive a visit from Teddy, the miniature donkey, and his mate, very soon!
Congratulations to all candidates for their passion and commitment to their campaigns and their campaign teams for all their hard work. We hope you're all incredibly proud of putting your vision for Durham forward. Thanks also to all the student groups, student media and Common Rooms who helped students to find out about the candidates running.
Durham SU will continue to be led by the current team of Officers until their term ends at the end of July, delivering on their priorities and team goals.
