Durham Students’ Union is an independent, student-run charity. We work to make sure every student has the power and opportunity to transform their time at Durham. We give Durham students a voice; support over 350 student groups, hold events and offer impartial advice.

We need your help to deliver great things and are creating a pool of brilliant Durham SU Student Staff who can work with us on projects throughout the year. We offer different contracts to suit the role, and you can work your hours around academic and personal commitments, choosing work which meets your skill set and interests.

We will have lots of different projects to help build your CV and develop your professional skills as we proactively grow our employability offer to our students. 

We are looking for highly motivated, driven individuals with a proactive and positive attitude to help us do great things for students. You must be student at Durham University for the academic year 2026-2027 to apply.
