Due to data protection changes we’ve had to change how we manage student website memberships.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and have provided the information below to help you resolve and understand the changes and any issues you might be having.
Old password not working?
You will need to create a new log in, even if you had previously had an account.
This is due to changes in data protection, which means each student needs to create and enter the details to create an account themselves.
Previously we had been able to automatically create an account for all Durham students, which only needed to be activated.
Once you create your account you can use it as usual.
How do I register and create a new login?
To Register > Click Sign in
Enter your @durham.ac.uk
Click the 'Yes I am a student' button
We've sent you an email to Activate your account
Your group memberships not showing?
This will be added to your account once you've created it and could take a week to update.
