Description
The Durham University Society of Change Ringers actively engages and promotes the centuries-old art of church bell ringing and change ringing on handbells. Members come from all backgrounds and levels of experience and beginners are more than welcome. We practice weekly at St. Brandon's Church, Brancepeth, on a Wednesday night, can frequently be found in the pub afterwards, and hold regular tours and socials as well as regular handbell practices. Our main aims are to meet every week for practice and attend Sunday morning ringing whenever possible.
